Love them and hate them-- That's my feeling towards my co-workers at work. Though they are okay, I really feel that sometimes I really would want to kick their asses because of the antics and words that comes out on their mouth.They're very close minded and usually consider me as a child- Not giving value to my opinions. Yes, Maybe, they are much older than me because of their age, but the way they behave themselves on public will suggest that they're like 5th graders- Bullying on the lower levels thinking that they're much more great.
First on my list is my co-worker from the office of Compensation and Benefits. She is 27 years of age, Single, A mother of 1. Here is my description:
- She is close minded
- She is a show-off
- She is childish--Way much more childish than me, of course
- I don't like the way she relays her opinions. It's like whatever comes out of her mouth is the truth
- She thinks that she is so great
Please suggest something on how to handle a person with these kinds of traits.
I will really appreciate it.
