And you thought that our work is easy

Feel free to kiss thy ass of your head for that person holds your dear life in the organization. The feeling of battling your own set of principles and the set rules of the company (which is very bureaucratic in nature) is very difficult. As an HR practitioner, you are expected to be the arbiter between the the management and the employees. The actions that are expected on you is to be just and fair on the employees, but still would not jeopardize anything about the management. Some would think that our job is easy; We'll just pass different documents, sign different papers, cascade memos from the management, ask for different requirements on personnel for the satisfaction of something that would promote or add up for the status of the company that the employees would think it is unnecessary, given that they have no time complying for the requirements because they are too busy and preoccupied on their job. Yes, maybe, if we'll weigh the gravity between the market  of people that we are catering, I can say that they have the edge on that given that they are handling people's lives, but they should not discount the fact that without us- without the HR who is handles the company's internal customers- There would be power imbalance; The organization can impose all remarks and policies that they wanted without seeing the perspective of their employees.

To all people out there who are thinking that HR is not essential, then, please, show us some love.
